1. Download the Payy app and signup if you have not

2. Create a payment request a payment and invite payers to the contract

3. You will get a $5 credit for every payer that accepts the contract

4. Track your promo balance in the settings section of the Payy app

By participating in the promotion you agree to be bound by the following condition

1. This is not a contract or a promise of payment for using the Payy app.

2. Promo rewards are additional voluntary benefits giving by Payy and can be withdrawn or withheld without notice if we choose to

3. The terms of the promotion program can be modified or the entire program terminated at anything without prior notice

4. We have the right to modify rewards, credits earned, charge additional fees if needed in order to finalize the delivery of the reward. An example of additional charges include wire transfer charges when paying rewards to your bank account
5. We have the right to exclude your account and withhold your promotion credits for any reason we consider suspicious or inappropriate
